Shipping
All orders are currently shipped via FedEx Ground.
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. Please allow 2 - 4
weeks for shipping. We ship all of our orders "signature required". If FedEx
returns your package to us due to no signature, the buyer will be responsible
for the return shipping fee and the shipping fee back to them. Orders designated as "Free Shipping" are subject to a $100.00 surcharge per package when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Payment We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and
Discover through our secure online payment system. If an item
you ordered is not in stock, an order will be placed with the manufacturer,
guaranteeing that you will receive the merchandise at the price you were quoted.
Returns If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt in NEW, UNUSED
condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) at our discretion. Return
shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. When we issue credit for returns,
the credit will be the in the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping
cost.
Before returning any items you must complete a Return
Authorization Form provided by FanWorldOutlet.com. To receive your Return
Authorization Form, please contact us at Returns@FanWorldOutlet.com or
1-866-609-FANS. Items sent back without a Return Authorization Form will be
charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be returned in NEW, UNUSED
condition in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in
shipping. All goods must be shipped to FanWorldOutlet.com. FanWorldOutlet.com
reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that has been damaged during shipping
back to us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is
issued. Custom Order items are non-refundable. We will assist our customers in
working with manufacturers for any manufacturer warranty claims for our
products.
Defective Merchandise Please inspect your
merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged
merchandise, contact FanWorldOutlet.com immediately at
CustomerCare@FanWorldOutlet.com or 1-866-609-FANS.
Most motor problems can be solved by calling the manufacturer's technical
support telephone number. If they cannot solve the problem, FanWorldOutlet.com
will replace the damaged or defective product. For a list of manufacturers
numbers, please contact CustomerCare@FanWorldOutlet.com You must contact
FanWorldOutlet.com within 30 days from the date that the order was received or
no refund or exchange will be issued. Before returning any items you must
complete a Return Authorization Form provided by FanWorldOutlet.com. To receive
your Return Authorization Form, please contact us at Returns@FanWorldOutlet.com
or 1-866-609-FANS.
Order Cancellations Please contact the customer care
department at CustomerCare@fanworldoutlet.com or 1-866-609-FANS for all order
cancellations. Your request must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order is non-cancelable.
Website Errors
Due to the variety of manufacturers and quantity of products
offered on FanWorldOutlet.com pricing errors may occur. In the event an error
does occur, FanWorldOutlet.com will make every effort to contact the customer
before the order is shipped. At which time the customer will have the option of
placing the order with the corrected information.
